Looking for an exciting business opportunity? Look no further. Here in your hometown are some hotels for sale - cheap! Very affordable and a promising business adventure. Sales prices do vary of course, depending upon the location you choose as well as how good your eye for detail is.
Most of these hotels do include an on-site restaurant. Some renovations could be required. Be careful of mouse and cockroach traps when viewing the properties. But don’t worry the infestations are practically all gone!
The hotels do all include a laundry area for guests to wash their clothes when enjoying an extended stay. However, some of the current washers and/or dryers do not work so these items may also need to be checked out.
The number of units in each hotel varies from 25 to 250. Again, depending upon how much you are looking to invest. Rooms do include at least one double bed. Some rooms do have king size beds. You may need to purchase extra bedding as along the years current bedding have been stolen or borrowed, but I wouldn’t expect them to be returned anytime soon.
The bathrooms are large and luxurious but mainly because the bathtubs and toilets have been stolen. But not a problem - we are including new bathtubs and/or toilets with every hotel. That is one bathtub and/or toilet per hotel. We suggest creating a public washing area. Imagine the savings on water and electric!
We are also giving your decor eye a try as we give you all the hotels completely free of wall decor or room decorations. You can also thank the guests who have, through the years, taken those home with them and - again - not returned them. Those rascals!
The breakfast area downstairs is just big enough for a few coffee dispensers and maybe a basket of bread, but perfect for a continental breakfast! The olympic size swimming pool has since been emptied out but it could be offered as an area for guests to enjoy some skateboarding and skating but don’t forget to have accident waivers available for your guests to sign upon check in.
The rooms are cable ready but no televisions will be provided. I would rather not discuss the reason why these are missing. Just consider it another investment. Unfortunately, the location of the hotels do not allow for easy Internet ready access, so this amenity will not be able to be provided.
The previous owners are all up for parole and have some different kinds of business ventures in mind, so they are looking to sell quickly and cheaply!
SUMMARY: This variety of hotels can be offered to you cheap and affordable. Everything may not be perfect but beauty is, after all, in the eye of the beholder.
